friday finds

Summer Over the City | The New Yorker

Happy Friday! It's kind of a bittersweet Friday no? The last Friday of Summer. Tuesday it'll be back to the grind, pick up the pace, actually go to work on a Friday. Rats. Oh well, let's not get bogged down in the end of summer. Think of fall as a time to set new goals, new routines, and wear some super cute sweaters.

We have few plans this weekend, but starting next weekend we're booked until October! So we'll be taking care of some things on our To Do list, celebrating our anniversary, and enjoying the slowness for what seems like the last time for awhile.

Hope you have a safe and lovey holiday weekend.  Here's what I'm loving from the web this week ↓:

Celebrate the end of summer with this great slideshow (and the source for the image above ↑)

Why you can't catch your own typo's. (And why so many slip through on TRR. I need an editor who's not myself!)

I love this so much. (Thanks Caroline!)

How texting appears in TV and film. I found it so interesting!

Lusting after this hat for fall.

I would totally see this movie.

Don't forget to leave a comment on this post to win your own copy of Dinner: The Playbook. I'll announce the winner on Tuesday!

Have the best last weekend of summer ever! See you back here on Tuesday.
