100 years of julia

Happy (what would have been) 100th Birthday to Julia Child!
What a fascinating woman.
She really did do it all the right way.

Love that Julia described her cooking as
 "cuisine soignee, meaning a simple meal 
made with great care and the best possible ingredients".
